We accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the returned item is approved after inspection, we will process a refund within 5 business days.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

You may choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund upon request.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team during the return initiation process.
